PLN Aceh - Patrol Management System
A web-based K3/HSSE patrol monitoring system developed for PLN UID Aceh to help monitor security patrol activities, attendance, incident reporting, and operational inspections across multiple PLN units in Aceh.
Problem
PLN UID Aceh faced challenges in monitoring security patrol activities due to the large number of security personnel and distributed operational units. Existing monitoring processes made it difficult for management to track patrol execution, attendance locations, incident reports, and field activities in real-time.
Solution
Developed a web-based Patrol Management System that digitizes K3/HSSE security monitoring workflows. The system provides a mobile-friendly interface for security personnel to perform patrol activities by scanning QR checkpoints, recording location-based attendance, submitting incident reports, and conducting safety inspections. An administrative dashboard was developed to monitor activities and manage data across PLN UID, UP, and ULP levels with role-based access control.
Impact
Successfully implemented as an operational trial system used by PLN UID Aceh and supporting units. The application helps management monitor security patrol performance, centralize patrol records, and improve visibility of field activities across multiple locations.
